PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a water stop cock is held only by fastening it to a main body of a hot and cold water supply apparatus with a screw or the like, a load to a wall side is repeatedly applied to a water stop and flow rate control valve part when repeatedly opening and closing a water stop and flow rate control knob, and the water stop and flow rate control valve part is sometimes loosened and water is leaked depending on the tightening state of the screw. SOLUTION: The hot and cold water supply apparatus is equipped with a main body part having a heating means, and a water inlet part and a water outlet part connected to the main body part, and the water inlet part is connected to a water inlet mechanism, the water stop and flow rate control valve is provided in the water inlet mechanism, and the main body part is attached to a wall.
