摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-freezing device for a fuel cell cooling system in which the power consumption of a water pump is reduced. SOLUTION: A stack 1 of a fuel cell, a heat exchanger 2, a reservoir tank 3 in which a cooling water is reserved, and a water pump 4 which is a water feeding means to circulate a cooling water are connected together with pipings 5, 6 and 7, forming the circulation system of a stack cooling water. A water temperature sensor 13 for detecting the temperature of a cooling water, and a differential pressure gauge 14 for detecting the differential pressure between the outlet and inlet of the cooling water of the stack 1, transmit detection signals to a controller 16. The controller 16, at least when the stack 1 fails to generate power, controls the amount of fed water of a water pump 4 and the capacity of a heater 15, thus preventing freezing of the cooling water.
