SOLUTION: This recording medium applying device comprises an equipment controller 2, consisting of a reading means 3 for reading information stored in a digital recording medium 1, notifying means 4 and 5 for notifying at least contents, on the basis of contents of the reading means 3 and a controlling means 6 for controlling the equipment, the recorder 18 for recording advertisements a on the digital recording medium 1 and a server 15 for managing advertisement and propaganda information. A dealer writes its special sale information to the digital recording medium 1 from the server, etc., via a communication infrastructure, and can present a very impressive advertising to purchasers, by notifying the special sale information with the notifying means of the equipment controller 2 at the store. |
