A light emitting unit mounted on a LCD is provided to reduce the fabrication cost by fixing a CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent lamp) without a soldering process and simplifying the assembly of the light emitting unit through an automated process. A first connecting member(100) connects a connecting line(13) at one end of a fluorescent lamp(12) with a first wire(14). A second connecting member(200) connects a connecting line(13) at another end of the fluorescent lamp with a second line(15). The first line drawn out from the first connecting member is received in the second connecting member. The first connecting member includes a first connecting port(110), a first terminal(130), and a first case(150). One end of the fluorescent lamp is inserted into the first connecting port and the connecting line of the fluorescent lamp is exposed. The first terminal is received in the first connecting port and electrically connects the connecting line of the fluorescent lamp with an end portion of the first wire. The first case supports the first terminal and is coupled to the first connecting port. The second connecting member includes a second connecting port, a second terminal, and a second case. Another end of the fluorescent lamp is inserted into the second connecting member and the connecting line of the fluorescent lamp is exposed. The first line drawn out from the first connecting member is received in the second connecting port. The second terminal is received in the second connecting port and electrically connects the connecting line of the fluorescent lamp with an end portion of the second wire. One side of the second case supports the second terminal and another side of the second case supports the first wire. The second case is coupled to the second connecting port. |
