A ceramic heater is provided to improve durability of a temperature sensor by molding an outside of a sensor mounting hole with a molding member after soldering and welding the temperature sensor. A ceramic heater includes a heater main body(10), a heat generation terminal(20), a temperature sensor, and a sensor terminal(40). The temperature sensor is included inside the heater main body and includes a connection pattern for connecting the temperature sensor and the sensor terminal. The heater main body includes a lower plate(11), a middle plate(13), and an upper plate(15). The lower plate is printed by a heat generation pattern and includes a sensor terminal connection unit. The middle plate covers a top surface of the lower plate, receives the temperature sensor on one end portion of a top surface, and includes the connection pattern, a first through unit, and a second through unit on the other end portion of the top surface. The upper plate covers the top surface of the middle plate and includes a penetrated sensor mounting hole at a center to receive the temperature sensor on the connection pattern. |
