A multi-channel transmitting method for electronic service guide in mobile multimedia broadcasting is provided. It includes the following steps: S202, the multimedia broadcasting channels are divided into several channels including one control channel and at least one service channel; S204, the control multiplexing frame carrying multimedia broadcasting control information and the service multiplexing frame carrying service information are divided into several multiplexing sub-frames; S206, the electronic service guide data in the multimedia broadcasting is encapsulated into at least one multiplexing sub-frame, and the configuration information of the multiplexing sub-frame of the said encapsulated electronic service guide data is recorded in the multiplexing sub-frame of the control multiplexing frame; S208, the control multiplexing frames are mapped to the control channel to be transmitted, and the service multiplexing frames are mapped to the service channel to be transmitted.
