The bushing includes a guide tube movable along the lower slot while the guide tube is inserted through the lower slot. The hinge apparatus for slide and swing further includes an upper plate disposed on the lower plate, the upper plate having an upper slot formed substantially parallel to the lower slot, and the bushing includes a lower protruding tube movable along the upper slot while the lower protruding tube is inserted through the upper slot.</p> |
