<p>A device comprises a hollow cylindrical case 1, front 2 and rear 3 walls fixed in the case, transversal partitions 5 placed in the hollow cylindrical case, between the transversal partitions and between the transversal partitions and the front and the rear walls there are chambers 6; in the transversal partitions, in the front and the rear walls there are through openings and in the opening of the rear wall a thread is screwed, behind the primary support partition 4 in the hollow cylindrical case there is a rubber partition 8; the transversal partitions placed in front of the primary support partition have the form of a paraboloid, besides, the chambers placed in front of the rubber partition and behind thereof are joined to the additional chambers 17 by means of the openings 15 made in the walls of the hollow cylindrical case.</p> |
