<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade structure wherein a plurality of blades are integrated which can be formed by an easy and rapid method by press working or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The blade structure of the torque converter is formed by; stamping a plane thin plate into a first shape having the plurality of circumferentially arranged blades 12, a ring-shaped first connecting portion 14 connecting the blades, and a ring-shaped second connecting portion 16 connecting the blades together at a radial direction center side compared to the first connecting portion 14; curving the blade between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion; inclining the curved blade at a predetermined angle with respect to the first and second connecting portions; adjusting a distance between the plurality of the blades by the inclination of the first connecting portion with respect to a horizontal plane of a plane thin plate; and shrinking the first shape to the radial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
