PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Ni-Sn-P copper alloy sheet satisfying stress relaxation resistance property along the direction perpendicular to rolling direction, and further excellent in the other characteristics demanded for terminal/connector. SOLUTION: The Cu-Ni-Sn-P copper alloy sheet has a specified composition, not only the X-ray diffracted intensity ratio I(200)/(220) on the surface of the copper alloy sheet is regulated to a given level or below but also the crystal grain diameter is reduced to thereby enhance stress relaxation resistance property along the direction perpendicular to rolling direction as the characteristics demanded for terminal/connector 3 and decrease the difference (anisotropy) of stress relaxation resistance property with the one along the direction parallel to rolling direction.
