The device has a rigid structure formed of a rigid frame and an external shell (11) partially encircling an object and supporting fixed jaws or fixed side stops (19) and movable jaws or a plunger (17A). The object is blocked between the fixed and movable jaws during secured maintaining duration by crushing an elastic element formed of an elastic device and springs (14) placed between an element formed of the object, a stator (15) and a rotor (16) and a fixed part of the structure. The device applies a load for blocking environmental efforts subjected by the object when the object is released.
