PURPOSE: A leveler for a rolling line is provided to secure a space required for installation easily by minimizing the height. CONSTITUTION: A leveler for a rolling line comprises a main body(10), a lift frame(20), and a main cylinder(30). The main body includes a fixed frame(11) with a lower work roll(11a) on top, a column(12) installed on the top of the fixed frame, and a crown(13) installed on the column. The lift frame with an upper work roll(21) on bottom is installed to ascend and descend on the fixed frame. The main cylinder is installed between the lift frame and the crown and presses down the lift frame. A recess(13a) is formed on the bottom of the crown in which the upper part of the main cylinder is buried. The lower part of the main cylinder is connected to the lift frame and presses down the lift frame. The main cylinder includes a cylinder(34) and a piston block(35) with an extension part(35a) pressed on the upper surface of the lift frame.
