PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a crash pad is provided to reduce an injury of a pedestrian by reducing the load caused by shock. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure of a crash pad comprises a crash pad(200), an upper rib(400), and a lower rib(500). The upper rib is coupled to the crash pad. The lower rib is rotated to the upper rib. One end of the lower rib is coupled to the upper rib using a pin. The other end of the lower rib is coupled to a cowl top panel.
