The present invention relates to a display apparatus, and more particularly, to a display apparatus using a semiconductor light emitting device, which can use a light source for emitting white light. According to the present invention, provided is a display apparatus including a plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices, each of which includes a first conductive semiconductor layer, a second conductive semiconductor layer overlapping the first conductive semiconductor layer, and an active layer disposed between the first and second conductive semiconductor layers, wherein the active layer emits blue and green light such that the semiconductor light emitting device emits white light, and at least one of the first and second conductive semiconductor layers and the active layer includes a material for emitting red light. |
