PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epidermal turnover-promoting agent.SOLUTION: The invention provides an epidermal turnover-promoting agent containing humic soil extract as an active ingredient. The humic soil extract obtained by extracting with an aqueous solvent is suitable and when the humic soil extract is dissolved and suspended into water so that the solid concentration is 0.5 mass%, the epidermal turnover-promoting agent contains 100 mg/L of humin, and 0.1-100 mg/L, preferably 1-50 mg/L, and further preferably 5-50 mg/L of fulvic acid. The epidermal turnover-promoting agent containing humic soil extract as an active ingredient is useful in the field of an external skin preparation, a cosmetic composition production, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
