PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrict the gear disengagement.SOLUTION: A vehicular transmission 10 comprises: a stage gear 14 relatively rotatably provided in an output axis 13 and having an external tooth which is inclined with respect to the output axis 13; a dog gear 31 provided adjacent to and coaxially with the stage gear 14; a clutch hub 18 provided integrally with the output axis 13; and a sleeve gear 19 that is provided in the clutch hub 18 slidably in an axial direction and slides according to the movement of a shifter fork 22 which is supporting the circumference, so that an internal tooth 19a is configured so as to be meshed with an external tooth 31a of the dog gear 31. The shifter fork 22 supports the sleeve gear 19 so as to be inclined with respect to the output axis 13; and the sleeve gear 19 is inclined so that the sleeve gear 19 comes in contact with the dog gear 31 in a region where a gear engagement force is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
