PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel chlamydomonas and application thereof.SOLUTION: Improved oil-productive chlamydomonas CPC1215 has characteristics such that it can be cultured by seawater, has high oil content, low adhesiveness and gravity settlement, and can be cultured outdoor.
