PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately measure a position of an object by a position measuring apparatus for measuring the position of the object located within an imaging region.SOLUTION: A distance detection device acquires two or more pairs of captured images obtained by repeatedly imaging an area including imaging regions common to a plurality of imaging parts (S10), and a pixel corresponding to the other captured image of the same pair is associated as a corresponding point for every pixel constituting each captured image (S30). A position matrix and a camera parameter matrix are calculated when a product of the position matrix representing a position of an object and a camera parameter matrix representing a movement of the imaging part and a first deviation representing a difference with the corresponding point of each pair become the smallest (S50).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
