PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate to a pressure spray pot burner which is small in a quantity of an incomplete combustion gas generated at ignitions.SOLUTION: A pressure spray pot burner comprises: a fuel pump 6 in which a flame expansion plate 4 is arranged at an upper part in a pot 2 having a large number of air holes 1 at a sidewall, and a spray nozzle 5 is made to face a lower part of the flame expansion plate 4, and which sends fuel to the pot 2; an ignition electrode 7 arranged in front of the spray nozzle 5; and a combustion blower 8 which supplies combustion air to the pot 2. The combustion air is supplied into the pot 2 by the combustion blower 8, spray fuel is supplied into the pot 2 from the spray nozzle 5 by the fuel pump 6, and ignition combustion is started by a discharge spark which is generated at a tip of the ignition electrode 7. When detection means 9 detects the presence or absence of a flame in the pot 2, a flow rate of the fuel pump 6 and a rotation number of the combustion blower 8 are lowered to a prescribed flow rate and a prescribed rotation number, a combustion amount is reduced, timer mean 10 is started to operate, the discharge of the ignition electrode 7 is continued until a prescribed time elapses, the flame is formed in a lower space of the flame expansion plate 4, and the pot 2 is heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
