PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a charge for use of an image processing device outside of an organization by a user in the organization on a charging management device in the organization.SOLUTION: A user requests an internal printing server 20 of an organization to reserve printing when the user wants to print a document of the organization with a public printer 90 under management of a public printing server 80. The internal printing server 20 presents candidates of the charging destination corresponding to the user to the user, receives selection of the charging destination from the candidates, and sends a use reservation request including information on the selected charging destination to the public printing server 80. The public printing server 80 issues a reservation ID in response to the request and holds it in association with the information on the charging destination. When printing is performed by the public printer 100 with presentation of the reservation ID, the public printing server 80 sends the information on the charging destination corresponding to the reservation ID and information on the charge to the internal printing server 20. The internal printing server 20 instructs a charging management system 60 to charge the charging destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
