PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation characteristic measurement device with which it is possible to measure the insulation characteristic of an insulating material in a hot and humid state irrespective of an external environment, and further a method for measuring insulation characteristics using the same, and a remaining life diagnosis method.SOLUTION: An insulation characteristic measurement device (1) has: a container (2) capable of forming a closed space with an insulation surface (11), a high-voltage electrode (3) provided in the container, a ground electrode (4) disposed at a position separate from the high-voltage electrode, humidity adjustment means (5) capable of maintaining the closed space at a constant humidity, and connection parts (6), (7) for connecting, between the high-voltage electrode and the ground electrode, measurement means for applying a voltage between the high-voltage electrode and the ground electrode and measuring the insulation characteristic of an insulation surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
