PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light emitting bulb having high heat radiation efficiency, and a luminaire.SOLUTION: An LED module 1 is mounted on a heat die 2 having heat insulation properties. A metal pin 4 has a continuous tip part 41, a flange part 42 and a rear end part 43. The tip part 41 has substantially the same length as the thickness of a printed wiring board 3, and it is for being fitted into a through-hole 3a of the printed wiring board 3. The flange part 42 is for holding the printed wiring board 3 together with the heat die 2. The rear end part 43 is for performing a heat radiation action. The tip part 41 of the metal pin 4 is directly connected to a metal die 21 of the heat die 2 via the through-hole 3a of the printed wiring board 3. A reflector 5 is provided in front of the LED module 1. The reflector 5 is supported by a housing 6 by a support member 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
