PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance moisture resistance of a film capacitor.SOLUTION: In a film capacitor 7, at least one electrode layer (e.g. a positive electrode layer 9) contains aluminum as a main component, and further contains zinc and magnesium. On the side closer to the surface layer of the positive electrode layer 9 than the peak pof atomic concentration of zinc, the peak pof atomic concentration of magnesium exists. Consequently, while maintaining adhesion of the positive electrode layer 9 and an end face electrode 11, oxidation degradation of the electrode layer is suppressed, and moisture resistance can be enhanced. |
