PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional heat cooker capable of cooking rice that there is a risk of disabling the heat cooker in a place without an outlet because of its requiring a commercial power supply, and also a risk of spurting vapor to generate a water droplet and cause an accident such as scalding due to such spurting.SOLUTION: A body case having a removable or openable and closable lid body is equipped with a battery, a heating box formed of heat transfer material and divided into a plurality of chambers is built in the case. A rice cooking pot is set in one of the plurality of chambers, and a pot for heating a side-dish receptacle is set in another chamber. A heater of the rice cooking pot is electrically connected to the battery, and retained heat in cooking rice is transferred from the heating box to a heat plate disposed at the bottom face of the heating pot. |
