PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle which achieves weight saving of a mouth plug part without changing an existing device and a form of a cap, a preform, and a filling body.SOLUTION: A PET bottle and a substantially cylindrical mouth plug part of a preform comprise: an outer screw having an upper end part and a lower end part, and projecting outward from the upper end part to the lower end part in a spiral form; a coupler 16 projecting outward in a circular form below the outer screw; a support ring projecting outward in a circular form below the coupler 16; and a lower coupler 18 formed concentrically between the coupler 16 and the support ring. The coupler 16 has an inclined surface 16a on the upper side, and a substantially horizontal undersurface 16b on the lower side.
