PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved information processing device, information processing system, information processing method, and program with which it is possible to reduce a calculation load in changing the parameters of a water level prediction model.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processing device comprising: an acquisition unit for acquiring water level information indicating the water level of a river at an object point; a calculation unit for calculating, for each of a plurality of divided areas obtained by dividing the basin of the river, the amount of rainfall water reaching the object point from the divided area in a prescribed period on the basis of a duration of time till rainfall water in the divided area reaches the object point; a prediction unit for predicting the water level at elapse of the prescribed period using the sum total of the calculated amounts of rainfall water for each of the divided areas and a tank model; and an alteration unit for altering parameters included in the tank model on the basis of a relationship between the water level at elapse of the prescribed period that is predicted by the prediction unit and the water level at elapse of the prescribed period that is indicated by the water level information acquired by the acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
