The embodiments of the present invention provide a method for scheduling a terminal device and a network device. The method comprises: by means of at least one codebook and pilots corresponding to the codebook, the blind detection of the number N of sub frames is performed, according to the blind detection result, a first pilot set corresponding to each codebook in each sub frame is determined, the correct terminal data cannot be obtained by the blind detection performed by means of pilots in the first pilot set and the corresponding codebook;; according to the first pilot set corresponding to each codebook, a second pilot set corresponding to each codebook is determined, pilots in the second pilot set are pilots in the first pilot set that the terminal device has transmitted; according to the second pilot set corresponding to each codebook in each sub frame, a transmission mode is determined, and different transmission modes correspond to different spectrum reuse rates. The present invention is compatible with considering the network equipment decoding complex problem brought by raising spectrum reuse rate, and collision problem generated by at least two terminal devices selecting the same codebook and pilots brought by reducing spectrum reuse rate. |
