PURPOSE:To make it speedy to take out lapped work away from work bed by having correction ring spaced apart from the work bed, wherin the ring having a connector which connects it to a weight liftable by piston means. CONSTITUTION:Upon completion of lapping operation, piston 14 is operated so as to lift connecting rod 17 of which lower end is connectd via cover 20 to one of connectors 21 fixed to correction ring 5 at eccentric position thereof, so that the ring 5 is slantly lifted togheter with weight 10 connected to the ring 5 by all of the connectors 21, and that some section of the weight 10 is spaced apart from work bed 2. In this case, if all of connectors 21 are connected to the lower end of connecting rod 17 for evenly lifting the ring 5, the piston 14 is not enongh powerful to do so. Since weight 10 is tilted with respect to work bed 2 and some section of the weight 10 is spaced apart from the bes 2 so as to leave the lapped work 9 and its carrier 8 on the surface 4 of the bed 2. Accordingly, the work 9 and carrier 8 can be taken out from the bed 2 by sliding them along the surface 4 for exchanging them with new work to be nextly lapped. |
