PURPOSE:To effectively pour water to rotary cutting tool and prevent water in a tank from wasting by forming a pump utilizing water feeding in the tank caused by the cutting tool. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 is provided on the lower surface of a table 1 so that a rotary cutting tool 3 may be exposed above the upper surface of the table 1. A water tank 4 is provided under the table 1, and a plate 5 for shutting off the rotating direction of the cutting tool 3 is provided inside the tank 4 with a pump 6 formed thereat. When the hydraulic pressure of the pump 6 is raised to feed water through hose 8 to a water feed tube 9 and a brick 10 is so moved on the upper surface of the table 1 as to make contact with the cutting tool 3, it is preferably cut by the water 11 poured from the tube 9. Since the water is poured only to the portion where the cutting tool 3 is operated, the water is effectively poured but not wasted due to scattering of the water in the tank 4 to be thus usable for long time. |
