<p>PURPOSE:To achieve an adjustment mechanism with low cost and simple operation, by the adjustment of tape speed with synchronism, through taking a quartz oscillator or the like as a reference signal, and giving light to a stroboscope printed on the external circumference of flywheel. CONSTITUTION:A stroboscope 5 printed on the external circumference of a flywheel 4 is opposingly provided with a neon lamp 6 flickering by taking a quartz oscillator 7 as a standard pulse signal source. At the adjustment of tape speed, a power supply switch S1 of a motor control circuit 10 is turned on and a switch S2 for the standard signal is turned on, allowing to flicker the neon lamp 6. When the stroboscope 5 is synchronized with the flicker of the neon lamp 6, the stripes seems as stopped. The tape speed can be matched by operating a knob of a variable resistor R4 of a motor control circuit 10 so that the stripes are stopped. The S2 is opened after the adjustment.</p> |
