PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic imaging method capable of holding high image quality over a long term, without causing cleaning faults, in spite of using small particle size toner or toner whose shape is uniform or which has no angles. SOLUTION: In this imaging method of repeating a process, in which the toner whose volume average particle size is 2 to 8 μm is used, a photoreceptor is image-exposed after it is uniformly electrified, an image is developed with the toner, and an obtained toner image is transferred and fixed on transfer material; then the photoreceptor after transferring the toner image is cleaned and reused, and the image is formed after cleaning a photoreceptor area where the toner image is formed before several times, in the case of forming the toner image which is not transferred on the photoreceptor. |
