PURPOSE:To easily perform insertion and movement to various piping lines, by mounting an air cell made of a rubbery elastic film, which consists of an expansible part and a pressure fluid chamber having constant capacity and a limited volume, on an inclined drum. CONSTITUTION:An air cell AS consists of an expansible part 1 and a pressure fluid chamber 2 while the pressure fluid chamber 2 forms a pressure chamber in a state contacted with the inner surface P1 of piping by the seal parts 3 provided to both sides thereof and consists of a rubbery elastomer formed of various elastomers and a reinforcing material. The air cell AS is inserted in the piping in an unexpanded state and a pressure fluid is sent under pressure at a predetermined position to be flowed into the space SP of the expansible part 1 from the large inflow port 5 of the pressure fluid. Whereupon, the expansible part 1 is pressurized and the air cell AS is expanded to be increased in its outer diameter. Next, the air cell AS is pressurized by the pressure fluid from the fine introducing port 6 of the pressure fluid chamber 2 and takes the shape surrounded by the circular arc and straight line of radius of curvature R between the inner surface P1 of the piping and an inclined drum 7. |
