PURPOSE:To cool a heat energy operation unit and to improve ejection performance by providing heat sink, cooling means near the unit or a passage in a liquid injection recording heat having the unit, the passage, 100 or more of orifices, etc. CONSTITUTION:When 100 or more of orifices 4 are provided, heat sink cooling means such as a heat sink 13 or the like is provided on a heat sink board 2 near a heat energy operation unit or a cover board 1 formed with a passage. When 100-200 of orifices 4 are provided, a flat platelike heat sink plate is employed. When a combination of a heat sink and a fan is employed, remarkable effect is performed in case of many orifices 4. When 2,000-3,000 of orifices are provided in one heat unit of multi-array type which covers a whole sheet width, no heat is stored in a head, and the physical properties of ink become constant, thereby stabilizing its ejection performance. Specially, it is remarkably in a large multi-array type (full-line array, etc.). |
