The invention discloses a webbed double panel which exhibits two mutually parallel, panel-like, flat outer elements and strip-like webs which connect said outer elements and run between the latter at mutual spacings. The open ends of said panel are provided with a closure which is permeable to water vapour, but is impermeable with respect to dirt such as dust and also with respect to water, and which comprises a flexible sheet which is laid around the respective end of the panel and is fastened on the outer sides thereof.
