PURPOSE:To save power consumption in a master station by automatically starting feed to the master station by a feed control means replying to an instruction to execute a call from an instruction means, and automatically stopping the feed to the master station at a time when a detection result representing the no response of a detecting means is obtained. CONSTITUTION:The instruction means 210 issues the call from radio equipment 200 comprising the master station fixed at a prescribed position to radio equipment 100 comprising a slave station mounted at a mobile body. The feed control means 230 performs the feed to the master station replying to the instruction of the instruction means 210, and next, stops the feed to the master station 200 at the time when the no response of the slave station is detected by the detecting means. Ordinarily, the slave station 100 is mounted on, for example, the mobile body carried with a belt conveyer, etc., and communication is started when distance between the master station 200 fixed on the ground arrives at a communicable range. The power consumption can be saved by supplying a power source to the master station 200 only when the communication is performed. |
