PURPOSE: To provide a beverage container pressing device which can be easily used and manufactured at a low cost by assembling a pump on a cap when the cap is placed on the beverage container, pressing the beverage container, removing the pump, and keeping the pressure in the beverage container by the cap with a valve. CONSTITUTION: A threaded cap 17 which has been mounted on a container 10 is removed, and a substitute cap 18 is placed on the container 10. A lid base 28 of a pump 24 comprises a plate 42 having a path 44, the path 44 is formed in a boss 46, and an inside of a pump body 26 is formed to communicate with a path 52 of a projection 50 when the projection 50 is fitted in an enlarged path 48. The path 52 is longitudinally extended through the projection 50 and a projection 54. A one-way chuck valve 58 is built in the path 52 proximate to its lower end portion, the chuck valve 58 makes the pressed air pumped out into the container 10 through the path 52, and prevents the pressed air from escaping from the container 10. |
