摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that can shortly and inexpensively manufacture a high quality electrode for a phosphoric acid fuel cell. SOLUTION: A slurry, in which catalyst particles and water repellent (PTFE) particles are dispersed is filtrated under reduced pressure, in a carbon porous material to form a catalyst layer; second slurry, in which SiC particles are dispersed, is next filtrated under reduced pressure, to form an SiC layer on the catalyst layer; and the formed substance is then dried by heating and sintered to melt the PTFE and create water repellency before the SiC layer is removed.
