PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically collate success or failure by pre-printing voting card number information as a code to display it by scratching a concealed part and reading the displayed code by a reading mechanism concerning the voting card by which success or failure is judged by scratching the part concealed with a scratch ink, etc., so as to obtain the displayed part. SOLUTION: Number information for specifying the lottery ticket is printed in small size as the code, which is independent of numbers and pictures, etc., to be displayed, in order to discriminate success or failure of the lottery ticket (e.g. benefit ticket) where the numbers and pictures, etc., are printed. Then the code is mechanically read and an automatic collation processing performed. |
