PURPOSE:To store data in plural storage media respectively different in size by means of one data converter or to convert the data into data to be used for plural different OSs by converting plural input storage media into plural outputting storage media and plural outputting OSs. CONSTITUTION:The storage information converter is provided with a storage medium converting means for converting storage information read out by a storage information reading means into data for an outputting storage medium displayed on a display means, an OS converting means for converting the read storage information into data for an outputting OS displayed on the display means and a storage information writing means for writing the converted storage information converted by the OS converting means or the storage medium converting means on an output storage medium displayed on the display means. Consequently, data can be stored in plural storage media different in size only by one data converter, then converted into data to be used for different OSs.
