The frame has a lower frame section of two parallel longitudinal struts (1), connecting front and rear wheel bearing holders (2, 3). There is a rear and a front transverse strut (4, 5) between pairs of wheels (6, 7). Bearing elements (8) on the longitudinal struts each carry an upward pivoted frame tube (9, 10). A seat/recliner (11) is hinged to the frame tubes. There is a movable/fixed rail (12) with turnable sleeve below the seat. Holders (13, 14) on transverse struts and rail, have a locking frame, to lock the upright frame tubes. The pivot bearings for the tubes are positioned, so that the tubes may be rected facing forward and backward. USE - Frame for child's or doll's pram.
