PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding system enabling a user to quickly and surely obtaining a published material by electronic publication while paying proper value. SOLUTION: In the bookbinding system, book content data for which the contents of a book are recorded are used, the book content data are converted into data for printing so as to be settled in a prescribed form size, then images are formed and the predetermined number of copies of the book are prepared. The bookbinding system is provided with a terminal 31 provided with an operation member and a display member, a management server 10 acquiring the book content data, converting the book content data into image data for browsing and transmitting them to the terminal corresponding to a request from the terminal, and a data server 20 preserving the prescribed number of the book content data and transmitting optional book content data as the data for printing corresponding to the request from the management server.
