METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AND APPARATUS OF WIRE CORD

The method and apparatus gives a specific amount of plasticity-deformation force onto each filament wire before drawing. This method and apparatus ensures durable stability of the cord product in twisted state by imparting arbitrarily-set shape-forming rate onto each filament wire instead of producing steel wire cords with a generally constant shape-forming rate for the process depending on characteristics each drawing machine having no special means of setting shape-forming rate while manufacturing steel-wire cords.
