<p>PURPOSE:To perform medical researches while keeping the privacy of patients by independently limiting access to public/individual identification information and private information. CONSTITUTION:The identification code of the patient is inputted from an identification code input means 20. The identification code is sent to a storage means 10, and public/individual identification information 11 and private information 12 is accessed. An access right judging means 40 judges the justice of access from these kinds of input information and outputs a public/individual identification information access judged result 41 and a private information access judged result 42. These access judged results 41 and 42 are inputted to a public/ individual identification information access limiting means 51 and a private information access limiting means 52, and both of limiting means 51 and 52 limit the access by stopping the respective outputs of the public/individual identification information and the private information corresponding to the inputs. Then, the public/individual identification information and the private information is synthesized into a suitable format by a synthesizing means 100 and outputted to an output means 101 later.</p> |
