COMMUNICATIONS CHANNEL ASSIGNMENT SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To improve the frequency utilizing efficiency of a channel in the dynamic channel assignment system with respect to the channel assignment system in the mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION:The state of a channel is checked by measuring a reception wave for each prescribed time by a base station and the base station or its host station obtains a mean value A of idle channel numbers, a mean value B of busy channel numbers of the base stations and a mean value C of unusable channel numbers because of the use at the peripheral base station based on the result of plural number of measurements. Then the system is provided with a means limiting number of outgoing lines of the base station so that a call loss rate is a predetermined value at 'A+B', or 'total channel numberXB/(C+B)' or a call unit B Erlang.
