PURPOSE:To facilitate attaching of a connector to the wiring by locating a key cylinder in an instrument panel of a vehicle, and locating coils, which are arranged in a vehicle, near the cylinder separately from the key cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A key cylinder 21 is fixed to a hanging part 22a of a metal frame 22 provided inside of an instrument panel 20 by a screw N or the like. An annular core 27 is fitted to the inside of the instrument panel 20 so as to surround the key cylinder 21, and formed separately from the key cylinder 21. The core 27 is wrapped with coils 28, 29 arranged in a vehicle. Wiring of a key switch of the key cylinder 21 and wiring of the coils 28, 29 wound around of the core 27 are arranged separately to facilitate attaching of a connector to this wiring. |
