PURPOSE:To obtain a tasty healthy food having health promotive effect by using pine needles as raw material. CONSTITUTION:The fresh needles of a red pine native to Nagano Prefecture, Japan, are washed and freed from shorter needles to prepare pine needles 3. Next, 100g of crystal sugar 4 is put into a washed and sterilized 1.8l glass bottle 6 followed by putting 250g of the pine needles 3 into the bottle and then additional 100g of crystal sugar 4 thereinto. Finally, 1.3l of purified water is put into the bottle, which is then closed with a cap 7. The glass bottle 6 is exposed to sunlight and left to stand 20 days. Then, the resultant supernatant is taken as healthy beverage consecutively three times a day each at 50cc. |
