PURPOSE:To obtain readily edible instant noodles containing cut raw rice cake maintaining proper softness of noodles and rice cake, having flavor and harmony. CONSTITUTION:In instant noodles in which noodles such as raw, half raw or dried noodles sealed in vacuum pack are heated with hot water at a given temperature and eaten, thinly sliced raw cut rice cake which is immersed in the heated noodles for 3-4 seconds and eaten is sealed in vacuum pack and combined with the noodles sealed in vacuum pack. |
