The door of the cupboard is suspended on a bracket (e) and is opened by pivoting it round a vertical axis by 90 degrees. It is then pivoted through 90 degrees around a horizontal axis on the upper part of the bracket, so that it is then in a horizontal position, forming a work surface. The horizontal surface is supported by the bracket and by a support (F) which is on the opposite side of the cupboard to the bracket. The support slides out on a slide under a shelf (G), or else it can pivot.
