PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a computer to display the frequency characteristic of a receiver by gnerating a quasi signal through change of a Doppler frequency, storing the calculation power in RAM, and taking it out by a computer if required. SOLUTION: When a measurement switch 24 is put on, mesurement start trigger is input to a measurement system controller 25. With a specified quasi- signal generation function, an output signal of a switch 26 is output to a power calculator 30. A switch 28 selects aΣQ video signal is selected according to a switch signal of a controller 25, and the calculator 30 digitally calculatesΣreception power, then the result is stored in RAM 31. With the controller 25 reception power is calculated similarly and the result is stored in RAM 31. Then, the controller 25 changes the doppler frequency only for a specified frequency interval and it is set in this way into a transceiver controller 9, and after a quasi-signal is generated, bothΣandΔreception power is calculated similarly and the result is stored in RAM 31.
