<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for state change by accident with which state changes related to an accident can be surely received without fail even in the case of complicated accident, in devices for analyzing the accident based on the state change data or a monitor and control object facility equipment guided through a telecontroller or a telemeter. SOLUTION: A state-change solving timer for measuring accidental state change solving time activated at the reception time of accident factor state change data, and added with a timer value when the accident factor state change data are received again during count down, is provided. When an accident factor state change is received, the state change convergent timer is activated and starts counting down the accident convergence time. When the accident factor state change is received again during this count down, the timer is suspended to prevent the state change from being missed. Thus, after the accident related state change is surely received, the accident can be analyzed.</p> |
